Wild Rice and Ham

  1. Ingredient One
    One (6oz) Package quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix.
  2. Ingredient Two
    10 oz of fresh broccoli.
  3. Ingredient Three
    2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  4. Ingredient Four
    1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  5. Ingredient Five
    1/3 cup Mayo
  6. Ingredient Six
    1/3 cup Sour Cream
  7. Ingredient Seven
    2 Teaspoons prepared mustard
  8. Ingredient Eight
    1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  9. Step One
    Prepaire the rice according to the package directions
  10. Step Two
    Spoon prepared rice into an ungreased 2-1/2 qt backing dish
  11. Step Three
    Top Mixture with broccoli and ham.
  12. Step Four
    Combine Soup, Mayonnaise and mustard and then spread it over the rice, ham and broccoli mixture and mix gently.
  13. Step Five
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until bubbly
  14. Step Six
    Sprinkle with cheese and let stand for five minutes.
