Employers are required to provide trained staff, equipment and facilities to give first aid if an employee is taken ill or injured at work.

What are Agonal Gasps?
- Infrequent, irregular breathing
- Occur in the first few minutes after sudden cardiac arrest
- Present in 40% of cariac arrest victims
- CPR should begin as casualty is not breathing normally

- Chest and shoulders - Normal Rise and Fall of chest
- Arms - Needle Marks, Medical bracelets,Tattoos
- Spine - Loss of sensation do not move
- Pelvis - Feel both sides
- Abdomen - Swelling, tenderness
- Legs - deformities
