Animal studies have shown no harm to
fetus or animal studies have shown harm to fetus but well-controlled studies of
pregnant women do not show risk.

Animal studies show adverse effect
on fetus and no well-controlled studies in pregnant women OR no animal studies
conducted and no well-controlled studies in pregnant women.

Adequate well-controlled studies in
pregnant women have demonstrated risk to fetus. Benefits may outweigh risks.

Adequate well-controlled studies in
animals or pregnant women show fetal abnormalities or risks. Use of product is
contraindicated. (no reason to prescribe these to preg women)
